Add card with 100% success using the app provided by Meta (March 13, 2023)
✔️Step 1: Download Ads Manger application (App can be used on both Android and IOS, Download on Play Store or Appstore)
✔️Step 2: Log in to the Facebook account that needs ADD CARD to the app
✔️Step 3: Go to the cog-shaped SETTING page in the lower right corner
✔️Step 4: Select PAYMENT => Add payment method
✅After ADD CARD is successful, you can create ads directly at the APP or continue to use your computer to create ads
